Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America Senior Vice President Ken Johnson issued the following statement today regarding New Hampshire House Bill 1346:

N.H. Moves to Bar Sale of Doctors' Data
New Hampshire moved Thursday to bar the sale of doctors' prescription data, taking the lead against a practice that has angered some doctors around the country.
